Video Editor
Video editing is very fast paced and you have to have a lot of other skills like motion graphics to bring it all together. Working for CWF-Mid Atlantic Wrestling is not only great but I am a part of a historic wrestling organization that has been around for many years.
Boom Mic Operator
I was the boom mic operator and asst. production sound mixer for Center Sound Productions. Union Bound is currently running in North Carolina theaters. This was my first IMDB credit for a feature film and a great opportunity to start my career as a production sound mixer for the film industry. I have also worked on a few short films as a sound mixer and boom mic operator and grip.
Live Sound Mixing
Zen Groove Arkest is a great local band I worked with for the Jazz Under The Domes event at Living Arts College. Live sound mixing consists of a lot of moving parts and people working together to make an event look so easy to concert goers.
Live Sports Sound Mixing
One of best times I have had was recording a live sporting event. If you've watched HBO's Boxing After Dark or Showtime Boxing, the events are electrifying with all of the action and audibly vivid the sounds of the matches are. This is what I experienced recording boxing in Durham, NC.
Studio Engineering
This is the band "UrMom" getting ready for their first studio session and CD recording. I assisted with the set up and engineering for their demo.
Production Sound Mixing
Short film Candy. Working on short films require you to sometimes have to multitask. Being able to mix as well as boom and help out other crew members is a part of the jobs. It is also a good way to learn a lot about the film industry and decide where you want to fit in this career path.
